Specializing in corrective exercise and advanced stretching techniques, my business focuses on personalised exercise blueprints designed to address musculoskeletal imbalances, enhance flexibility, and optimize overall physical well-being for women in their late 30s through 50s.
The mission is to raise awareness of muscle imbalances and movement limitations in clients, whether in post-rehabilitation or when experiencing imbalance in their current state, hindering them from enjoying daily activities and workouts.
By nurturing awareness, the goal is to prevent potential injuries that may obstruct their progress. The ultimate aim is to remodel and harmonize their bodies, using advanced techniques in corrective exercise, to rebuild healthy movement and empower them to excel in any pursuit.
This transformative approach accommodates individuals of all activity levels, from novices to professionals, ensuring a holistic and sustainable approach to exercise and well-being.
Remember: "A body at rest will remain at rest and a body in motion, stays in motion".

As the saying goes, "Be a product of the product". In 2018, I started having low back pain that would not go away. After an x-ray, I had mild scoliosis and also the spaces between my discs were narrowing. I knew what I had to do and I trained myself. After 6-8 weeks of my own corrective exercise program, I felt better and the pain had subsided. Yet, the pain would return when I stand a lot and when I am not doing enough of the exercises.
The moral of this story is to be consistent and never stop (the least thrice a week). The body is supposed to move without pain.
Remember, lasting improvements need dedication and consistency over several months.
