Virtual Blueprint Consultation & Assessment

The consultation is divided into 2 sessions and consists of the following:

Session 2:  Comprehensive Assessment & Blueprint Bundle: Your Path to Optimal Movement and Wellness.

  • This includes a detailed evaluation of your posture, mobility, and strength, followed by a personalised blueprint with corrective exercises to address imbalances and optimize your movement.

  • This bundle includes three essential assessments to identify movement impairments across the five kinetic chain checkpoints (major joint regions):

Corrective Exercise Blueprint

This personalised blueprint addresses muscle imbalances from injury, surgery, repetitive movements, or habitual patterns. It improves resistance to injury, enhances movement quality, and maximizes goal achievement through the Corrective Exercise Continuum's four phases:

  1. Inhibit: Release tension in overactive muscles using Self Myo-fascial Release (SMR).

  2. Lengthen: Increase muscle extensibility and range of motion with static and dynamic stretching.

  3. Activate: Strengthen underactive muscles through isolated exercises.

Mobility
Assessments

Mobility assessments provide a deeper understanding of flexibility restrictions and confirm observations from static and movement assessments. They target specific checkpoints—

Foot and ankle,

Knee,

LPHC,

Shoulders and Thoracic spine,

Head and Cervical spine

To pinpoint muscles needing attention. These assessments help determine the role of overactive or underactive muscles in movement impairments and guide corrective exercise blueprints towards improving mobility and enhancing movement quality.

Massage Technique &
Hand Technique

 

This is an oil application technique in layering eight {8} oils to support the body's return to homeostasis from negative factors that influence health and these are stress, toxic insult, inflammatory response and autonomic imbalance.  Two {2} oils are applied for each factor to help with the relief thus influencing overall health and well-being.

This was developed by Dr. David Hill, doTERRA former Chief Medical Officer, a leading expert on the use of essential oils for medicinal benefit.

Hand Technique

This is a simple and effective way to promote well-being through the experience of essential oils - much like the full Aroma Touch Technique, but wrapped in a smaller time commitment package.
