Flexibility Restoration Plan Package Pricing Breakdown
 

1.  Initial Explore Session (Assessment & Goal Setting)

  •  A one-hour assessment to evaluate current flexibility, range of motion, and personal goals. The assessment helps determine specific areas for improvement and to establish a baseline.

2.  Designing Personalised Flexibility Plan

  • The cost is time spent creating an individualised stretching and flexibility plan based on assessment results, tailored to address any unique needs.

3.  6 Weeks of Guided Stretching Sessions

  • Includes six weeks of one-on-one coaching focused on addressing specific problem areas identified in your initial assessment. Each session is tailored to help improve range of motion and alleviate stiffness in these areas, and, if necessary, more than two sessions per week may be recommended to ensure progress toward your goals.

4.  Weekly Monitoring and Plan Adjustments

  • Ongoing support, tracking progress, and making minor adjustments to the flexibility plan based on weekly monitoring results.

    Sessions vary according to your assessment and goals—typically held 1 to 3 times a week, with each session lasting about 45 minutes. ⏳ You’ll also receive additional stretches to practice on your own between sessions for continued progress.
  • Is the program suitable if I have injuries?
    Yes! I specialize in working with clients recovering from injuries or experiencing stiffness. The stretches will be customized based on your current condition and limitations. 🩹
  • What’s the difference between virtual and in-person sessions?
    Virtual sessions allow you to follow along from the comfort of your home, while in-person sessions provide hands-on guidance to ensure proper form and technique. 🏠➡️🏋️‍♂️
  • How do virtual sessions work?
    Virtual sessions are conducted via the Zoom platform where I will guide you through each stretch and provide real-time feedback. 📲 You will just need a quiet space, a device with a camera, and your mat or other suggested equipment.
  • How soon will I see results?
    Most clients start noticing improvements in their flexibility and reduced stiffness within 2 to 3 weeks, especially if they follow the program consistently. ⏰✨
  • Can I extend the program if I want more sessions?
    Absolutely! If you like to continue working on your flexibility, we offer extended programs or ongoing sessions to keep you on track. 📅
  • What should I expect during my first session?
    Your first session is an Explore Session focused on assessment and goal setting. I will review your flexibility, identify specific needs, and create a customized plan to support your goals. 📝✨
  • What should I wear to my sessions?
    Comfortable, loose-fitting or athletic clothing is best for flexibility sessions, allowing a full range of motion. 🧘‍♀️ Avoid restrictive clothing or accessories that could limit movement.
  • Will I need any equipment for my sessions?
    Most sessions require minimal equipment, I will guide you on what is needed. 🏋️‍♀️ For virtual sessions, I will work with what you have at home to keep it simple and effective.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
    Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 - 48 hours in advance, and I will find a suitable time to keep you on track with your plan. 📅
  • What are the payment options for the Flexibility Restoration Plan?
    You can choose to pay the full amount upfront 💳 or in convenient monthly installments 🗓️, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards 💳, debit cards 💳, bank transfers 🏦, digital payment platforms 📱, and cash 💵.
  • Is there a payment plan option available?
    Yes, you can opt for a monthly installment plan 🗓️ with no additional fees, making it easier to invest in your flexibility journey.
  • When is the payment due if I choose the installment plan?
    The first installment is due at the start of the program 💳, with subsequent payments due monthly on the same date 🗓️. There is a grace period of 10 days ⏳ after the set date.
